Consequently, Asaph chooses to walk a different path, producing and singing music about his journey with God against all odds. His life is irreparably changed when he is challenged by a force greater than himself, causing the boundaries of his authentic reality to disintegrate. He must choose between life and death to maintain his convictions, while accepting the grave consequences of his choice.
