Following the February 1st, 2021 military takeover, his daughter Noe Noe becomes involved in the revolution. After being separated from her lover Htain Lin during a violent crackdown, she unexpectedly reunites with her father in an ethnic revolution area, where they must reconcile their past while fighting for their future.
