The two-minute piece, developed to highlight the city's diversity, features girls representing the 27 Sister Cities of Chicago and the voice of Oprah Winfrey. Of course, we know the IOC chose The Girl from Ipanema instead. Still, Philip Hersch of the Chicago Tribune cited Hello Sister as his favorite of the more than 20 films presented by the Chicago 2016 organization team to the IOC.
