CONFINES DE SAL is a film made with a grant from the National Institute of Cinematography and with the support of the National Arts Fund's "short film promotion program," and filmed in Argentina. Carlín, the protagonist of this film, was completely ignorant of cinema. This is precisely the first film he has seen in his eleven years of life. This took place in Lucio V. Mansilla (Salinas Grandes, Córdoba), just 190 km from the city of Córdoba, Argentina, in January 1967.
