0.00 15 minutes Three times before my conception, I should have been allowed to take a look at the world. Twice I was allowed to refuse to be born and wait for another time. The third time, I had to let myself be carried out. I can remember fragments of the trial trip that resulted in my birth. I wanted to travel to Germany on a steamboat. Using authentic visual material—mainly photos—the film describes this trip to Germany in 1938.
