The germination of the grains is recorded step by step until it gives rise to exuberant plants, thus creating an ironic metaphor that inverts the meaning of the word. The film refers to the misery that was experienced in certain areas of Brazil in the 1970s. One of the works of the "Quasi Cinema" movement in Brazil.
