He gets surprised at expensive house rent in Japan but finally finds an apartment with very cheap rent. However, it turns out that a female ghost lives in his room. He cannot give up the cheap rent and determines to share the room with the ghost. This is a story of his life in Japan surrounded by the ghost and other unique characters having various issues.
