In the gap between the two worldwide massacres, the trend of the times pushed several young people together. During the First World War, the United States, an isolated paradise, gathered three international students from the East, namely the Chinese youth Wen Weijun (played by Zhao Wenxuan), Yamamoto Isoroku's cousin Yamamoto Yasuo (played by Feng Yuanzheng) and the beautiful Japanese royal descendant Qingtian Xiu (played by Wu Qianqian).
